10U B Championship Recap
Franklin Park (6-0-0) claimed the 10U B division title with a thrilling 6-5 win over Cyclones Hockey (4-2-0). Franklin Park built an early lead with two first-period goals, but the Cyclones surged back in the second to take the lead. In the third period, Franklin Park rallied with four goals to secure a hard-fought victory and the championship.
12U Gold Championship Recap
The Lansing Spartans (6-0-0) triumphed over the Joliet Jaguars (4-2-0) with a 6-4 win in the 12U Gold division championship. The game was evenly matched through two periods, but Lansing pulled away in the third with four goals. Their offensive consistency and strong defensive effort in the final minutes sealed the victory.
12U AA Championship Recap
The Peoria Jr. Mustangs (6-0-0) captured the 12U AA division championship with a 7-5 victory over Sabre Hockey (2-4-0). The Mustangs set the pace with three goals in the first period and extended their lead with four more in the second. Sabre Hockey mounted a late comeback in the third, but Peoria’s early dominance secured their championship title.
